S-1 Slate Dura Base
Our screened blend of S-1 Slate Dura Base makes a superior and eco-friendly pervious surface for driveways and parking lots. It is an economical and smart alternative to concrete and asphalt. Durable and attractive appearance locks-in and packs to provide a solid stable smooth surface.

This product is 1” minus.  This product is being sold to the local market and which includes stocking dealers, area contractors, local governments and area landfills.  It is widely recognized that for many, many years the slate sold throughout the area from the Rockmart Quarry made a superior road surface.  Some 40 years later, many county roads still exist that were surfaced with slate and are in better shape than roads containing other aggregate, dirt or sand products.
